This unique take on the scarf is meant to resemble a choker all the while adding a 70's style to any outfit. Feel free to experiment as it can be used as a hair accessory, a hat accessory or a belt as well. It is composed of soft lace, pure brass components and handmade black fringe tassels. Now available in creamy ivory white which is slightly wider (see image).
