Bringing the flora theme to another level, these statement earrings are inspired by the carnivorous plant commonly named sundew also known as drosera plant. They lure, capture, and digest insects using stalked mucilaginous glands covering their leaf surfaces. A tribute to a true ally for those who aren’t so fond of mosquitoes.
Composed of high quality vintage hand dyed lace, vintage raw brass findings and gold plated brass beads and hooks. Also available with one or two (one for each earring) optional sewn in brass insect(s) to complete the concept.
Come on gold plated brass hooks, with rubber backings.
Measures approximately 7 cm long and 2.5 cm wide
